Hi Elizabeth! Thank you so much for considering me for this painting of your home.
So far we have discussed the following details about your project:
Product: A landscape-oriented, 12” wide by 9” height oil on canvas landscape of your home
Payment: A price for a 9×12 landscape is $315 (9+12=21 linear inches, x 15/linear inch). $157.50 (50%) is due upfront before work begins, while the other 50% is due before or upon receipt of the painting. You can pay by adding this deposit to your cart, or at my Venmo (@jocoyle, 3638).
Timeline: An estimated start date of April 6th, 2026, with an estimate of two months for completion to allot for other work and circumstances such as illness, communication delays, etc. (and of course during the spring, my kid’s spring break!) I will check in 2-3 times before the delivery to give you an idea of composition and the direction of the piece as well as get your feedback.
Delivery: Since you are local, I can either deliver the piece or we can arrange a time for you to pick it up. The painting will be unframed, but I am happy to offer framing suggestions. (For canvas panels, for instance, it can be as easy as finding a frame at the store, popping out the glass and putting the painting in!) The painting will come with a certificate of authenticity.
