We discussed the following:
Product: A landscape-oriented, 7” wide by 5” height oil on canvas landscape of your home with additional elements from landscaping to livestock!
Payment: We agreed upon a price of $180 (7+5=12 linear inches, x 15/linear inch). $90 (50%) is due upfront before work begins, while the other 50% is due before or upon receipt of the painting. You can pay by adding this deposit to your cart, or at my Venmo (@jocoyle, 3638).
Timeline: A start date of 1/10/26, with an estimate of one month for completion to allot for other work and circumstances such as illness, communication delays, etc. I will check in 2-3 times before the delivery to give you an idea of composition and the direction of the piece as well as get your feedback.
Delivery: Since you are local, I can either deliver the piece or we can arrange a time for you to pick it up. The painting will be unframed, but I am happy to offer framing suggestions. (For canvas panels, for instance, it can be as easy as finding a 5×7 frame at the store, popping out the glass and putting the painting in!) The painting will come with a certificate of authenticity.
